Return Policy

Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy:
The Group Vertical Return Policy only applies to purchases made at

FREE shipping on Returns for ANY reason! Whatever the reason for return, we will provide you a prepaid shipping label for free!

Not happy? Please contact us right away so we can solve it for you!

Here are the simple steps for a return:

STEP 1: Book your RMA: Once you are logged into your Group Vertical customer account, simply navigate to the 2nd tab labeled “Submit a Return”. Fill out the online form and attach a spreadsheet of the parts you are returning. We will email you back with an RMA number and an easy to print, prepaid shipping label.

STEP 2: Print & Return: Print the free prepaid shipping label and RMA paperwork, then mail your items back to us. We will refund you within 7 business days of receiving it.

Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy:
All merchandise must be returned within 60 days of your order date for a refund back to your credit card. Has it been more than 60 days? No problem! We can still provide you a refund by issuing in-store credit to your Group Vertical account.

Products for return must be NEW, ORIGINAL condition. Products with broken flex cables, cracks, or indicate signs of installation, may result in a denied refund. Any stickers or stamps removed from the part will VOID Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy.

Please test your part prior to installation on your repair.

Exchanges: Group Vertical does not offer exchanges. Once your return has been processed your refund can be used for a replacement part.  

Exclusions: Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy does not apply to unlocked or refurbished phone, or tablet devices. They are covered by a 30-Day warranty and may not be returned after 30 days. 

International Returns: International customers are responsible for all costs associated with return. These costs may include but are not limited to shipping charges, duty fees, and taxes.  

In-Store Credit refunds, will expire after 90 days. 

How long will your return take to process?
7 business days or less from the day we receive it in our warehouse.

Did you receive a damaged package or product?
Group Vertical inspects and tests all products in our warehouse, prior to shipping. Still, stuff happens! If you received a damaged product upon arrival, please contact us right away! We will ask you to email us photos of the package and product damage. Then we will pay for the return shipping label. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund, whatever you prefer! Replacements and refunds will be issued based on the supporting evidence you provide.

Are you missing your package? Unfortunately, if your package tracking shows it was delivered, Group Vertical cannot be responsible for locating your package or for any additional costs for delivery, and we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after proof of delivery.

Oh No! you sent us a part that is not ours….
If you have returned a part to us that was not purchased at GV, it’s okay! We will contact you by phone or email to let you know the part(s) were returned to the wrong supplier and ask you if the parts should be returned to you or if you would like to apply to our LCD buyback program.

Whoops! You just figured out you accidentally ordered the wrong part, or you simply don’t need it anymore. No worries. Shipping back is free, and there is no restocking fee!
