Group Vertical offers lifetime returns on our products!
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may contact our customer service department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We try our very best to complete your return as soon as possible, although please allow 1-7 business days from the time your return was received at our office, for it to be processed.
All merchandise must be returned within 60 days for a cash refund. After 60 days, a refund will be provided by issuing in store credit to your account. Products must be in new, original condition. Broken flex cables, broken LCD or other damage may affect our ability to provide you with credit. All products returned in damaged or used condition may be denied a refund or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please test your product prior to installation and/or use, so you can save time and easily return the product in new condition if necessary.
