Simply contact us on the chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a RMA # along with a FREE return shipping label, for any reason! Please allow 1-7 business days from the time your return is received at our warehouse for it to be fully processed.
All merchandise must be returned within 60 days of your order date for a refund back to your credit card. Has it been more than 60 days? No problem! We can still provide you a refund by issuing in-store credit (credit must be used in 90 days) to your Group Vertical account.
Products for return must be NEW, ORIGINAL condition. Products with broken flex cables, cracks, or indicate signs of installation, may result in a denied refund. Any stickers or stamps removed from the part will VOID Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy.
