It’s been a busy year here at Group Vertical, and to help push us into the future we’ve brought on some new hands. Allow us to introduce our newest employees in marketing and customer service.
Ron Earl is our new Director of Marketing and Information Systems. He comes with extensive ecommerce knowledge after working in industrial sales for Flow-Rite Controls, and is dedicated to creating the very best customer experience for you. Right off the bat, we knew Ron was the right person for this role. His energy and forward-thinking mentality will help drive us toward a better version of our business. Ron enjoys golfing and exploring West Michigan’s vibrant microbrewery scene, and, if called upon, can ride a unicycle. While waiting for a new Google Pixel 2 XL, he uses a Motorola Turbo, and has never broken a smartphone.
Patrick Feutz is our new Digital Content Specialist. His responsibilities include managing product listings and producing helpful content for you. If you can read it, see it, or watch it, Patrick’s probably behind it. He comes from a digital marketing agency where he managed client accounts and specialized in email marketing, so it’s safe to say he brought his own hat rack to hang the many styles he daily dons. He’s a big reader, movie buff, and erstwhile hockey goalie. He uses an Apple iPhone 7, and has never broken a smartphone, though he recently dropped his phone on a heat return register that chipped his Otterbox.
Mackenzie Baur is our new Customer Service Representative. The role demands efficiency, friendliness, and a desire to go above and beyond to help others, and Mackenzie is all about it. She was previously an assistant manager with Design 1 Salon Spa, where she honed her skills to the point that we decided we couldn’t live without her. She’s an alum of Ferris State University, where she majored in Business Administration. Mackenzie is from the West Michigan area and enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and puppy Mia. She currently uses an Apple iPhone 7 Plus, and she’s never broken a smartphone.
We’re thrilled to bring on fresh talent to keep moving Group Vertical onward and upwards. Welcome aboard to them all, and thanks to you for helping us grow! Now there’s the matter of setting up their desks…
