This is a set of rubber pressure switches used in the repair of self-balancing scooters/hoverboards. These switches mount beneath the gyroscope/speed control board. When the sensor on the board detects an uninterrupted light beam, the logic board ?tells? the motors to be still. When you lean forward, the front switch is pushed down and the little rubber tab on the pressure switch slides in-between an infrared LED and an infrared sensor & "breaks" the light beam. When the light beam is broken (because of the switch being pushed down by your weight), the board tells the motor to spin in a particular direction.
Replacement of this part is considered an "intermediate" repair and may require additional research by the buyer (videos, web forums) to perform the repair properly.
