Returns

Lifetime Returns

Group Vertical inspects and tests our products, prior to shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged product we will pay for the return shipping costs and give you a full refund or in-store credit.  This return policy applies only to purchases made at www.groupvertical.com.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may contact our customer service department by emailing support@groupvertical.com. We try our very best to complete your return as soon as possible, although please allow 1-7 business days from the time your return was received at our office, for it to be processed.

All merchandise must be returned within 60 days for a cash refund. After 60 days, a refund will be provided by issuing in store credit to your account. Products must be in new, original condition.  Broken flex cables, broken LCD or other damage may affect our ability to provide you with credit.  All products returned in damaged or used condition may be denied a refund or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please test your product prior to installation and/or use, so you can save time and easily return the product in new condition if necessary.

0-60 Days (Refund or In-Store Credit):

If you find a product is defective, you may return the product in new, original condition for a full refund or in-store credit of your purchase price. 

61+ Days (In-Store Credit):

If you find a product is defective, you may return the product in new, original condition for an in-store credit of your purchase price. 

In-store credit will be valid for 120 days on your website account. 

Exclusions

Group Vertical’s lifetime return policy does not apply to unlocked or refurbished devices. These products are covered by a 30-day warranty and may not be returned for a full refund after that period.

Damaged Part or Incorrect Part Received:  

If you received an item in damaged condition or an incorrect part, please contact us by email at support@groupvertical.com within 10 days of the purchase date, so we can promptly send you a replacement part and file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier for reimbursement. Refunds and replacements for an order received in damaged condition, will be issued based on supporting evidence of claim. Unfortunately, if your package tracking shows it was delivered, Group Vertical cannot be responsible for locating your package or any additonal costs for delivery, and we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you have returned a part that is denied a refund or is not our product, we will contact you by phone or email. If you do not respond, the part will be destroyed in 7 business days. 

You ordered the wrong part or you no longer need:  

Your will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Policy Abuse:

If Group Vertical finds you are taking advantage of our return policy you will be denied a refund.

Policy Changes:

The Group Vertical Return Policy is subject to change at any time and without notice.
