Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy:                                                                                                                                

The Group Vertical Return Policy only applies to purchases made at www.groupvertical.com.

Need to Return an Item?
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with your printed RMA instructions in your return.

Need an RMA #? 
Once you are logged into your Group Vertical customer account, navigate to Orders. Find the order you wish to return an item on, then click on the “Return Items?” hyperlink.  Choose the Return Reason, Return Action and please leave comments when applicable. We will email you an RMA # and prepaid shipping label, if the return requires.  

Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy:
All merchandise must be returned within 60 days for a refund back to your original payment method. After 60 days, a refund will be provided by issuing ONLY store credit to your Group Vertical account.

All returned products must be in NEW, ORIGINAL condition. Broken flex cables, broken or cracked LCD or glass, and/or any other damage will be denied a refund. Any stickers removed from the part will VOID Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy. Please do not remove stickers or stamps from your part. Please test your part prior to installation and use, so you can save time and easily return the part in new condition; if necessary.  

0-60 Days (Refund to Original Payment Method or In-Store Credit):
If you wish to return your part for any reason, please return it in NEW, ORIGINAL, uninstalled condition for a full refund to original payment method or in-store credit in the amount of your purchase price. 

61+ Days (In-Store Credit ONLY):
If you wish to return your part for any reason, please return it in NEW, ORIGINAL, uninstalled condition for a full in-store credit in the amount of your purchase price. In-store credit will be valid for 120 days on your Group Vertical account. 

Due to changes in market prices, we cannot offer cross-ships or exchanges.

Exclusions
Group Vertical’s Lifetime Return Policy does not apply to unlocked or refurbished phone, or tablet devices. They are covered by a 30-Day Warranty and may not be returned after 30 days.

When should you expect to see your return?
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will try our best to complete your refund as soon as possible. Please allow 1-7 business days from the time we receive your return, for it to be processed by our team.

Have you received a damaged item?
Group Vertical inspects and tests our products, prior to shipment. If you received a damaged product upon arrival, please contact us right away. We will need photos and we will pay for the shipping return. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement part or refund to original payment method, whichever you prefer. Replacements and/or refunds will be issued based on supporting evidence provided.

Are you missing your package?
Unfortunately, if your package tracking shows it was delivered, Group Vertical cannot be responsible for locating your package or any additional costs for delivery, and we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Oh man, you sent us a part that is not ours ….
If you have returned a part to us that is not our part, we will contact you by phone or email. If you do not respond, the part will be destroyed in 7 business days. 

Oh no, you just figured out you have ordered the wrong part or you no longer need and item?
No worries. Please pay for the shipping back to us, and we will refund your order to original payment method when we receive the part back. No restocking fee!  

Policy Abuse:
If Group Vertical finds you are taking advantage of our return policy you will be denied a refund.

Policy Changes:
The Group Vertical Return Policy is subject to change at any time and without notice.
